Presenting the only clean and sustainable way for sewage sludge

IFAT, the World's Leading Trade Fair for Environmental Technologies with over 140,000 visitors and 3305 exhibitors from around 60 countries took place in Munich from 14th to 18th May. For HTCycle this was a very successful trade fair with numerous visitors from all over the world and many opportunities to share ideas and experiences.

Mr. Stepan Kusche, CTO of HTCycle presented the latest and leading improvements of the hydrothermal carbonization technology for biomass and sewage sludge and talked about its economic and environmental benefits.

Hydrothermal carbonisation developed by HTCycle is based on a multi-batch process in which each phase is carried out in a separate tank offering a better control over pressure and temperature. The sewage sludge is converted into valuable nutrients, as the process generates coal, phosphorus, sulfur, carbon etc. This technology is profitable and useful to conserve natural resources and to ensure the ecological disposal of waste.

We thank all our guests for the interest shown in our technology and for visits to our booths. We hope you enjoyed all the interesting talks, presentations, and the networking opportunities as much as we did.
