Further delegation of international interested parties visits us
Interested parties of the HTCycle technology met again last week in Relzow to get to know the latest technology in the field of sewage sludge recycling and conversion. A big focus was also in the field of phosphorus recycling. A revised HTC plant was presented to the visitors, as the plant underwent extensive conversion measures in the course of the SME-EU project.The increasing pressure from the lack of conventional disposal capacities was clearly noticeable among the interested parties.The solution to the problem? HTCycle granted 1.9M Euros from European Union's Horizon 2020 SME Instrument Phase II
HTCycle is proud to announce that the company has been awarded by the European Commission SME Instrument Phase 2, the company has been granted with 1.9 Mio € for research and development activities, testing, studies, design and piloting of innovative processes. The project starts on the 1st of September 2018 and will last for 24 months, this funding will boost and accelerate the strategic plan of our company.The funds will be used to perform our unique cutting edge hydrothermal carbonization (HTC) technology. The sewage sludge reuse generates phosphate recovery, heavy metals and pharmaceutical residues extraction, the work is dedicated to the final integration tests of the whole process of hydrothermal carbonization (carbonization, separation, drying, recovery of phosphate and other valuables). HTCycle is among the 18 EU companies selected by the SME Instrument to attend the China International Industry Trade Fair in China.The 20th session China International Industry Fair or CIIF 2018 is going to be held from 19 to 23 September 2018 at the National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai), China. A Chinese delegation of executives visits HTCycle
A team of executives from Beijing Tempro Technologies Inc. visited the headquarters of HTCycle on August 3, 2018. Mr. Jack Zhang (chairman) and Mr. Yan Jun Zhang (general manager) met HTcycle's senior management and made suggestions for future cooperation.Mr. Stepan Kusche, CTO of the company, personally led the tour at the HTC plant and spoke about the key features of our technology, processes and capabilities. On 28th of June 2018, HTCycle staff welcomed representatives of OILBOB, RWE and Circle Carbon to the HTC plant in Relzow. We were honored to share our experience and knowledge about the hydrothermal carbonisation technology with companies active in the field of carbon and energy industry. VOLVO representatives visit HTCycle plant in Relzow
On 27th of June 2018, HTCycle headquarters was visited by a Swedish delegation from VOLVO Group. We were honored to have at our plant Mr. Robert Andersson, Manager Process Casting and Mr. Gert Karlsson, Senior specialist for Technical development and strategy at Volvo. Volvo Group Trucks Operations manufactures iron components at its location in Skövde, Sweden by using coke, but they want to replace this fossil substance with HTC coal from aqueous biomass.The plant tour was led by Mr. Stepan Kusche, who alongside HTCycle engineers showed our guests how the plant operates and how the process is managed in the control room. The HTC plant tour was followed by a detailed discussion about hydrothermal technology and its use in various industries. Sewage sludge carbonisation demo at HTCycle headquarters
On 4th of June 2018 a demonstration of sewage sludge carbonisation was held at HTCycle headquarters. On 12th of May, 2018 representatives of BGE (Beijing Geoenviron Engineering& Technology) visited the HTCycle  headquarters in Murchin, Germany. HTCycle GmbH was honored to participate at IE expo China which took place between 3 to 5 of May 2018 at Shanghai New International Expo Centre. BRUSSELS, March 5, 2018 - AVA was awarded the SEAL of Excellence within EU Framework Programme for Research and Innovation 2014-2020. The award was offered for the project proposal submitted by AVA under Horizon 2020’s SME instrument phase 2. Official launch of the HTC plant in Relzow
RELZOW, November 20, 2017 – Last week AVA officially launched the hydrothermal carbonization plant in Innovationspark Vorpommen in Relzow, Germany. The ribbon-cutting event, which took place on 16th of November 2017, included a demonstration on the ground of the hydrothermal carbonization process led by Mr. Stepan Kusche, CEO of AVA. The participants at the event had the chance to learn about the process and to observe the production of coal from biomass on the spot. Würzburg, June 25, 2017 - The newly established AVA presented itself in the context of the EU project R3Water on the Würzburg sewage sludge days 2017 from 20-22d of June. Stepan Kusche, managing director of the AVA, informed the present specialist audience about wastewater treatment by means of the HTC procedure. The advantages to conventional methods are obvious and left the listeners astonished. The patented treatment of sewage sludge ensures optimum utilization of the starting material with optional phosphorus recovery.
