Process Engineer - Chemical Engineering (m/f/d)
HTCycle AG offers the first disposal solution of its kind that converts agricultural waste (biomass) and sewage sludge (mixed waste) into an economical, environmentally friendly process. The holistic overall solution targets two key environmental issues: It addresses the growing problem of waste disposal and regenerates valuable, limited resources such as phosphorus and carbon through the process of hydrothermal carbonization (HTC).

Your tasks:
- Development and optimization of process plants in chemical plant engineering;
- Production engineering introduction and testing of new technologies;
- Standardization of production processes;
- Creation of process instructions and process flows for production;
- Collaboration in process and product risk management;
- Increasing productivity while taking into account current standards and specifications (lean management);
- Preparation of the necessary energy and material balances as well as flow diagrams;
- Accompanying cost planning as well as supervision of all technical services provided by external companies;
Your profile:
- Completed studies in process engineering, chemical engineering or a comparable course of study;
- Strong technical knowledge in the optimization of manufacturing processes;
- High degree of initiative and solution-oriented thinking and acting;
- Very good communication skills in dealing with management and customers;
- Very good German and English language skills;
- Practical experience in planning and design; of process plants in the agricultural or waste disposal industry would be desirable;
