CHINA, November 2, 2017 - AVA was honored to take part in the 12thEU-China Business & Technology Cooperation Fair, which took place in Chengdu and Qingdao, two vital strategic cities from the west and north part of China from 24th till 27th of October and respectively from 29th to 31st of October 2017.
The fair gathered 1,500 representatives of companies, state/regional governments, clusters, business associations, EU-China Cooperation experts, universities, R&D institutions from west and north China, the European Commission, EEN partners and other entities who are seeking potential collaboration and partnerships with their counterparts.
As a participant at the fair, Mr. Stepan Kusche, AVA CEO, was pleased to share the company’s experience on hydrothermal carbonization process and its opportunities for the worldwide market. In both cities, Mr. Kusche had meetings with the representatives of the local and national authorities responsible for the environment and water treatment operators interested in the HTC technology. As one of the most innovative and eco-friendly solution for the sewage sludge, AVA technology was also interesting for the Chinese investors seeking the most valuable outcomes from using hydrothermal carbonization as a waste disposal method.
The event represents an important platform for building closer relationship between 27 EU member states and China and promotes the importance of the land and marine Silk Roads linking China and Europe.
